EIT RawMaterials Brokerage Event Fall 2019

We kindly invite you to the EIT RawMaterials Brokerage Event that will take place in Berlin on 6 and 7 November 2019.
1) Venue and Registration:
The event will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel (Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 3, 10178 Berlin).

Please note that the registration closes on Sunday 27 October 2019. Registrations will be accepted and processed on a first come, first serve basis. For organisational reasons, we kindly ask you to register no more than 2 people from each Core or Associate partner and 1 person from each Project partner.
2) Hotel Booking:
If you want to book a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel (single room 185,- EUR (06.-07.11.19), breakfast included), please contact the central reservation office at reservations.berlin@radissonblu.com or +49 30 238283500 and indicate the booking code ‘EIT RM’. Please note that only a limited number of rooms is available on a first come, first serve basis.
3) Schedule:
The Brokerage Event will start at 14:30 on Wednesday, 6 November. Lunch will be provided at 13:30, and buffet dinner will be available after 19:30. On Thursday, 7 November the Brokerage Event will continue at the Radisson Blu Hotel from 09:00 to ca. 13:00. Lunch will be available afterwards until 14:30.
The Brokerage Event will provide an opportunity to hear about recent changes and achievements and to discuss future strategic and operational matters. The KAVA 7 call will be launched before the Brokerage Event as soon as it is approved by our Executive Board, so that you have an opportunity to familiarize with its new features prior to the event itself.
