Battery Day by Nickel Institute

EIT RawMaterials is Media Partner of the online event “Battery Day 2023” on 6 July, hosted by the Nickel Institute.

The Nickel Institute is hosting its first-ever Battery Day, an event dedicated to exploring advancements in nickel-based battery technologies, recycling and the supply
chain. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research an innovation in nickel-based batteries and how they are shaping the future of sustainable transportation.

Keynote speakers will be: 

• Dr. Jeff Dahn, NSERC/Tesla Canada Industrial Research Chair, Dalhousie
  University, Nova Scotia, Canada
• Professor Stanley Whittingham, Nobel prizewinner in Chemistry for the
  development of lithium-ion batteries; SUNY distinguished professor of
  chemistry and materials science and engineering at Binghamton University

especially those involved in the battery supply chain including technology,
recycling, raw materials producers, OEMs, automotive and other end users as well as the investor community.
