Request for proposal: Event Management Services for the Expert Forum: REE & Battery Materials on 2-5 November in Turin, Italy

EIT RawMaterials seeks an experienced event agency to support the planning, coordination, production, and on-site delivery of the Expert Forum: REE and Battery Materials, taking place from 2–5 November 2026 in Turin, Italy. The selected agency will act as the implementation and production partner, working closely with the EIT RawMaterials project team to ensure seamless event delivery and a high-quality participant experience. The agency will be responsible for all aspects of event production, technical delivery, branding implementation, participant management, and operational coordination.
