Anti-Fraud Policy – Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
The Anti-Fraud Policy complements the Code of Conduct by reinforcing our zero-tolerance stance towards fraud, corruption, and misconduct. It defines preventive and detection measures such as risk assessments, robust internal controls, transparent procurement and recruitment processes, as well as a whistleblowing system that protects individuals who report concerns in good faith. Accountability is ensured through clear disciplinary measures for staff, partners, and contractors, safeguarding both the financial and reputational integrity of EIT RawMaterials.
Whistleblowing & Whistleblower Protection
In line with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), our reporting system ensures confidentiality, timely feedback, and protection against reprisals. Reports can be made in writing, orally or in person, and are handled in strict compliance with data protection requirements.
