EIT RawMaterials seeks a contractor to design, execute, and analyze its 2025 Partner Satisfaction Survey to assess network satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.

EIT RawMaterials is a ‘Knowledge and Innovation Communities’ (KICs) created by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), aimed at promoting innovation in the raw materials sector across Europe. Established in 2015, EIT RawMaterials works to secure the sustainable supply of raw materials to the European industry by driving innovation, education, and entrepreneurship along the entire raw materials value chain.
We are a knowledge-driven business and a catalyst for industrial progress. Our offerings leverage our expertise and that of our network – the world's largest network in the raw [and advanced] materials sector – which includes companies at every stage of evolution, from start-ups to market leaders, along with leading international universities, research organisations, and top experts and future talent from the sector.

Scope of work
General Objectives
The objective of this annual online Partner Satisfaction Survey is to assess overall satisfaction levels across the EIT RawMaterials partner network and to gather insights on how our offerings are perceived and utilised. The survey will help us:
Identify strengths and areas for improvement in our partner offerings (e.g., funding conditions, services, events, communications).
Detect unmet needs or opportunities for new services.
Highlight potential redundancies in current services.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve partner retention and enhance our ability to attract new partners.
Ultimately, the survey is a key tool in ensuring that EIT RawMaterials continues to deliver value, relevance, and impact for its diverse network of partners.
Detailed Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the 2025 Partner Satisfaction Survey , including design, delivery, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Specifically, the scope of work includes:
Review of Previous Survey
Analyse the 2024 Partner Satisfaction Survey questions and results.
Recommend adjustments: deletion of low-value questions, refinement of existing ones, and inclusion of new questions aligned with emerging partner needs and organisational priorities.
Survey Design & Preparation
Design a clear, user-friendly, and comprehensive survey instrument.
Ensure alignment with EIT RawMaterials’ strategic objectives, covering areas such as funding calls, services, events, communications, and value proposition.
Incorporate both quantitative (rating scales) and qualitative (open-ended) questions to capture actionable insights.
Survey Execution
Distribute the survey to the full partner network via agreed channels.
Monitor participation levels and issue reminders to maximise response rates.
Provide regular progress updates to EIT RawMaterials during the survey period.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Conduct a full evaluation of survey responses, ensuring both statistical robustness and thematic analysis.
Benchmark results against the 2024 survey to identify progress, regressions, or new trends.
Highlight key findings, with actionable recommendations for EIT RawMaterials management.
Deliver a comprehensive Final Report and a concise Management Presentation that summarises insights in a clear and decision-oriented format.
Deliverables
- Revised 2025 survey questionnaire.
- Survey distribution plan and implementation.
- Interim updates on participation rates.
- Final evaluation report (including benchmarking, trends, and recommendations).
- Management presentation of findings.

Participation
Participation in this proposal procedure is open to all tenderers.
All participants must sign the Tenderers’ declaration form attached and submit it with the proposal.
Please note that the tenderer may not modify the text, it must be submitted signed as provided by EIT RawMaterials attached to this request for proposal document.
