EIT RawMaterials seeks hotel accommodation for 120 participants of EIT Women and Girls in STEM Forum (WGSF) 2026, in Prague (Czechia).
About EIT RawMaterials
EIT RawMaterials is a Knowledge & Innovation Community (KIC) established by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) to strengthen innovation, education, and entrepreneurship across Europe's raw materials sector. Since its establishment in 2015, EIT RawMaterials has supported initiatives that contribute to a sustainable and resilient raw materials value chain.
2. About the Girls Go STEM Initiative
The Girls Go STEM Initiative, formerly the Girls Go Circular initiative, is led and coordinated by EIT RawMaterials with six other EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs): EIT Health, EIT Food, EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Culture & Creativity, Climate KIC, and 28 Digital. The initiative aims to close the gender gap in STEM by training and inspiring 14-19-year-old girls to pursue STEM higher education and careers.
3. The EIT Women and Girls in STEM Forum
The EIT Women and Girls in STEM Forum is the initiative's annual flagship event, bringing together secondary school girls and their teachers from across Europe alongside policymakers and industry partners. The 2026 Forum is planned for 25-26 November 2026 in Prague, and for 120 students (girls between 14–19 years old) and their teachers we require central hotel accommodation from 24-27 November 2026.
4. Objectives
Hotel accommodation from 24-27 November 2026 for a maximum of 120 overnight guests in central Prague.
- 24 single rooms for teachers
- Shared rooms (double, triple, or quad occupancy) for up to 96 students (24 teams of 2–4 participants each)
- Breakfast included
- 3- or 4-star hotel
- Located in central Prague, in walking distance to event location Spojka Events (Pernerova 697/35, 186 00 Praha 8-Karlín, Czechia)
- Flexible policy regarding final number of participants and room allocation
5. Timeline and Contact
