Local partner to coordinate the EU presence in the 2026 edition of Exponor, Chile

EIT RawMaterials invites interested organisations to submit proposals for supporting its CRM Facility Project (https://crmfacility.eu/) in coordinating the European presence in the Exponor 2026

The requested contractor will act as the local partner to coordinate the EU presence in the 2026 edition of Exponor, a major mining event in Chile. The EU is seeking to have a major presence at this event, with Chile being an important supplier to key metals for Europe. Therefore, the contractor is required to coordinate between the EU (EU Delegation in Chile), the event organizer, and other stakeholder groups.   

Scope of work

The selected supplier will:

  • Lead the overall coordination between  various contracts and main suppliers, such as trade fair organizers, stand production company, and event venue for the reception
  • Coordinate the European Zone, incl. communication with Member States, and branding, planning and marketing measures
  • Coordinate the activities of the European stand, incl. agenda coordination, branding & design, 3rd party contracts
  • Lead on the organization of relevant events, such as matchmaking and networking 

Timeline

  • 03 December 2025 – Call published on EIT RawMaterials website
  • 08 December 2025 – Deadline for clarification questions
  • 12 December 2025 – Deadline for submitting proposals (in English)
  • 18 December 2025 – Intended award notification
  • 15 January 2026 – Intended contract signature  

Proposals must be submitted by email and include a technical offer, financial offer in EUR (net + VAT), GDPR compliance information where relevant, and a signed Tenderers’ Declaration.
