EIT Raw Materials Education Division is searching for an integrated marketing and communications agency with a strong background in the education and technology sectors, excellent storytelling and digital marketing skills, a data-driven approach, industry networking capabilities, expertise in sustainability and innovation, and possibly global outreach experience. Your creativity, innovation, and expertise will not only inspire future generations but also define the narrative of raw materials education and research in Europe and beyond. If you are ready to set new standards in strategic communications and be part of a transformative journey, we welcome your proposal.

Interested companies are requested to prepare a tender based on the procurement documents and to submit it in due form and time by the electronic means provided for this purpose via the procurement platform https://www.dtvp.de.

Important Dates

  1. Tenders shall be submitted no later than Thursday, 28. April 2024, 12:00 pm noon (CET)
  2. Tenderers are kindly asked to be ready for a possible pitch meeting during the week of 02 May 2024.
  3. Tenderers shall be bound by their tenders until 11 June 2024.
