EIT RawMaterials Innovation Community is invited to take a short survey!

One of the most important pillars of our Innovation Community’s new strategic agenda is financial sustainability. In order to transform EIT RawMaterials into an effective network- and service-focused organisation, we are looking at our strategic activities and seeking new business models that will contribute to our Innovation Community’s future.

In this context, there are many opportunities to be explored in the Education area, and we would like you to be involved as much as possible in this endeavour. In regards to lifelong learning, we are starting to build the grounds of a new partnership with Edumine – a renowned platform which provides professional development training for people in the mining industry worldwide.

The first step into this collaboration is an assessment of skills gaps in the mining environmental engineering field that we are jointly developing with Edumine. The results of this research will help us understand training requirements in the environmental discipline in Europe and will support us in designing a range of professional development courses in the future.

Today, we are launching the survey that will be the basis of this analysis and your participation is extremely important. It is our goal to fulfil the needs and interests of our partners and the European raw materials market in the best way possible; therefore, we would like to ask you to answer a few questions here: needs assessment survey *. The survey will be open until 30th September. If you think you are not the relevant person in your organization to fill in this survey, we kindly ask you to forward this message to your HR and/or Environment department.
