Defining the key KPIs for a modern mining company
In order to identify the pressing issues of the industry, the smartHUB project consortium has initiated a survey on the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in mining.
The team is asking mining operators, managers, engineering staff, and maintenance staff for picking the most important KPIs for monitoring and management purposes.
The questionnaire consists of the following parts:
- Your domain field
- What features are currently monitored in your company?
- Which KPIs help you the most in the decision-making process?
As a result, we will define the must-have set of KPIs for a modern mining company. For all involved participators, we will provide a detailed report with anonymized survey results as a reward.
The results of this survey will be used in the development of smartHUB platform, as part of the smartHUB project supported by EIT RawMaterials.
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes.
