EIT RawMaterials seeks an external supplier to work with the Education team to complete its application for an institutional certification/accreditation for the EIT RawMaterials Academy.
Work required
The external supplier will undertake the following tasks:
- To work with the EIT RawMaterials Education team to write the Self-Assessment Report for the accreditation
- To collect and analyze all necessary data from EIT RawMaterials partner organizations being part of education and innovation projects
- To produce all required application information and documentation for the application
- Following feedback from the Accrediting Body, to adjust and expand the report and other requirements accordingly.
Experience needed
Required:
- Prior experience of developing self-assessment reports and preparing other requirements for accreditation in an educational context
- Experience working across multinational and geographically dispersed teams
Desired:
- Experience working on EU-funded projects
Evaluation criteria
The evaluation criteria will be based on experience in the areas listed above (score 0-5 on each criterion) plus the value for money (score 0-10) and the overall quality of the offer (score 0-10). The highest scoring bidder will be selected for the contract.

EIT RawMaterials is applying for the Academy’s institutional accreditation with the Accreditation Agency for Study Programmes in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics (ASIIN). The Academy will be assessed against 51 standards/criteria. More details can be found here.
