Workshop on Digital Production Test Beds

Four EIT Communities joined forces and establish digital production testbeds as part of a joint EIT Community activity in 2021 and 2022. In 2021, food production is the focus of the implementation. Three consortia were selected and currently implement test beds to demonstrate and foster solutions that reduce food waste and increase the supply chain efficiency.
In 2022, EIT RawMaterials, EIT Digital and EIT Manufacturing are going to implement another testbed addressing the topic of Circular Economy and specifically the recycling and reuse of e-drive components. To discuss the topic and provide you with the opportunity to provide your view and make suggestions, we are organizing a workshop on Tuesday, 01 June 2021 from 14:00 to 16:00 CET.
We would like to ensure that our concept meets the needs of industry, has potential for the European economy, and requires further education and training activities in the coming years.
