We kindly invite you to the EIT RawMaterials e.V. General Assembly Fall 2021. The event will take place online from 11:00 to 13:00 CET on Wednesday, 27 October 2021.

Registration:
For organisational and technical reasons registration is absolutely necessary within the deadline to provide each participant with the individual login details for the live stream/voting.
Please register here (click on the link) by Wednesday, 20 October 2021.
Online Participation:
Every registered participant will receive the link to the live stream and an individual pin code. The link works with all common browsers (except for Internet Explorer that is no longer supported!). Please ensure you have the latest version of your browser installed.
Voting:
– Every Core Partner has the right to one vote per partner. If a Core Partner cannot attend, the voting right can be exercised by another participating Core or Associate Partner after the online registration and the submission of a power of attorney.
– Associate Partners of each CLC vote through their nominated delegate.
The voting system is embedded in the streaming portal that will appear to every registered participant with voting right after the login.
We recommend using a PC to execute the voting as the system does not fully support voting through a tablet or mobile phone.
Please remember to submit a power of attorney to eitrawmaterials-ev@eitrawmaterials.eu beforehand to exercise your voting right (only applicable for core partners and the delegates of associate and project partners). The power of attorney template can be downloaded here.
Q&A Session:
As outlined in the agenda, we will have a dedicated Q&A session (Agenda item 6: Member Questions & Answers) and would be glad to receive questions or comments you might have via e-mail to eitrawmaterials-ev@eitrawmaterials.eu by 19 October 2021 noon.
Should you want to ask questions during the General Assembly event, you will, of course, be able to do so via the chat function in the streaming portal similar to the previous online GAs.
